We’ll often use social media to reach out to people we’re hoping to work with. We were delighted when Mrs. Jana replied to us on Instagram stating she was open to shooting together. Mrs. Jana was to be our first German native to work with since arriving here. After some discussion we decided to do the Niedermohr boudoir photography session in her home. After we arranged a date and time we moved forward and I came to her home to do the shoot.

We began the Niedermohr boudoir photography session in her living room. They had a couch in their living room set next to the windows we utilized for good light. Once we got a little settled into the shoot and began to introduce more boudoir elements we closed the rouladens so the neighbors couldn’t see in. From there we moved over to the other side of the house where light was coming in through the windows in the kitchen.

We began in their main room and took steps to be mindful of the neighbors so they couldn’t see in. After a few shots we moved to the kitchen and grabbed more shots there. For the remainder of the Niedermohr boudoir photography session we utilized the dining room and kitchen. For one portion we did a few shots in front of the main entrance.


KITCHEN BOUDOIR PHOTOGRAPHY

It was such a pleasure to work with Mrs. Jana and be able to shoot in her home. There were some great shots we got together and we’d be happy to work with Mrs. Jana again. If you’re looking to do an in home session we’d love to talk about shooting at your home or shooting at ours. We’ve setup our home to host sessions and you’re welcome to use our studio space.
