Rachel and Miss Alivia were friends that got to know one another working together. They’ve stayed in touch as we began on our adventures around the world and stayed friends. With a trip planned back to Denver to pick up our stuff from Rachel’s parent’s house, Miss Alivia got in touch. She was talking with Rachel and Rachel let her know I would be in town for a couple days. We began to chat about ideas and she wanted to include her Toyota 4 Runner in pictures. As we got closer we finalized some details about wardrobe and location and chose to shoot at Eldorado Canyon State Park. Shooting with Miss Alivia was the second shoot of the day as I shot with Marissa + Austin earlier that day.

After shooting with them and having lunch I drove out to Eldorado Canyon State park to meet with Miss Alivia. When we got into the park we lost reception so we had to find each other once we were both in. Once we were together we drove up to scout around and find a good place to start. To start out this Eldorado Canyon State Park boudoir photography session we parked and found our way down to the water. There was a bend in the river that offered a bit of privacy. It was a pretty busy day at the park and there were people all over the place so we had to explore a little.

BOULDER BOUDOIR PHOTOGRAPHER

Once we hiked in a little bit we found a good spot to start that was a little secluded where she couldn’t be seen from the road.To start things out I began with her outfit she came in, a skirt and a white shirt. I had her go out into the water and sit on a rock in the middle. With this outfit I had her undress from that for a few shots before doing a wardrobe change. With the outfit change I put her on a different rock up stream and changed angles. For this next set she wore black underwear and a black leather jacket. This outfit made for some fun shots before we did another wardrobe change.

For the next outfit she put on a black strap lingerie set and we went a little further up the river. As she was posing here some hikers began to make their way to us so we went back to where we began. This spot was a little more secluded and harder to get to and the hikers eventually turned around. Back further here though the mountains and river provided a beautiful backdrop. After that we made our way back up a little and she undressed to pose in the nude from the black lingerie set. With the sun beginning to set and some good shots we decided to call it and start heading out. I told her as we were driving if we saw something on the way out we could stop.

ROCKY MOUNTAIN BOUDOIR PHOTOS

While we were driving the sun began to set behind the Rocky Mountains, it was beautiful. We saw a pull off with a great view where there were a lot of people taking photos. We pulled up and began to grab photos ourselves. Miss Alivia put on jeans and a white shirt for these sunset photos and they’re beautiful! I did my best to time topless poses for when there weren’t people driving by or looking and then did some photos inside her 4 Runner. After these I shots I was happy and so was she so we called it a day.
