Meeting up with Miss Amanda started out with a little trouble as we quickly realized how big Palmer Park was. We weren’t able to quickly find one another initially and it took some coordinating to meet. She pulled over at a local Dunkin’ Donuts and I came over to find her. After meeting I lead her into the park where I had planned to do our Palmer Park fashion photography session.

Once we arrived we hiked around a bit and climbed around some different rock structures. We were able find some different locations to shoot in quickly and got underway. Even though I’d shot here before I do my best to change things up as much as I can. I try to get completely different shots and to see the landscape in a new way every session.

We began with more of a fashion geared vibe as Amanda wasn’t entirely comfortable with doing more lingerie styled shots. As we went through the session we made sure to stay within comfort levels to get some fun and beautiful shots. We’ll never force anyone to pose in positions that they’re not comfortable with. I’ll do my best to be respectful and help extend what you thought you may be comfortable with.

Often times it can just be scary to put yourself out there but once you’ve taken that step it’s liberating. All the clients who have taken that step have thanked me for encouraging them through it and making them comfortable. We know this style of session is already out of the comfort level of most people and we do our very best to make you comfortable. Communication with you is so important while encouraging you to push yourself. Some of the shots that women have loved have been the ones that they were outside their comfort levels.

Working within your comfort levels is super important to our session and we’ll always encourage you to push your limits. We’ll usually talk with you as we start the session about what we’re both looking for with the session. This way we’re on the same page and we do our best to work within your comfort levels and get you the best photos possible.
