We got in touch with Miss Sophia while living in Boston for our second contract. Through conversation we opted to incorporate a little bit of all of our different styles into a shoot together. Miss Sophia owned a gym for this Sharon Massachusetts fitness photography session and we decided to start the session there. It’s a ladies only gym and she has been in competition and also trains other women going into competitions. To start the session out it took a minute to figure out what lighting we wanted and how we wanted it set up and we figured it out as we progressed.

Once we’d tried different equipment and poses in her gym our plan was to switch to fashion next. There was a big open field that Miss Sophia knew about and it had recently snowed. The field was covered in snow and the roads still had snowbanks built up on the sides. Rachel stayed in the car to keep warm while we ventured out into the deep snow. It was cold but we got some fun shots before moving back to the roadside. Leaning against the tree with the road behind her, we concluded our fashion portion.

For the last portion of this Sharon Massachusetts fitness photography session we went back to her apartment for boudoir. She had some bruising from a recent accident so we did our best to not show that off. She had a variety of robes options to work with that we used for shots on her bed and in her living room. Once we felt like we’d gotten what we could get we called it a day. We were also starving so we asked Miss Sophia for recommendations and she referred us to a sushi restaurant that was amazing.
