RED ROCKS AMPHITHEATER FITNESS PHOTOGRAPHY

During the session with Dani Tado and Luxe 303 we had the pleasure of meeting Tamika. After the session I began to reach out to see if any of the models were interested in sessions. We only had a week left in Denver before heading to San Diego but Tamika fit us in. Tamika is a personal trainer so doing a fitness session together seemed like the best fit. She gave us a few examples of shots she liked and we decided off of the shots to make this a Red Rocks Amphitheater fitness photography session.

We met at the Trading post to start our session out and walked up toward the main amphitheater. Along the trail there were beautiful flowers blossoming so we stopped for a few photos. After that we walked up the ramp into the main seating area and began in on some other shots. With a mixture of different fitness poses in mind we got a variety of looks with Tamika. She pulled in a yoga poses as well that made for some great photos throughout the session.

For some stretching shots we moved over to the staircase and use some of the railing for support. Then we had her run up and down the stairs for a few more active shots to mix in. Wrapping up the session we began back down toward the Trading Post and stopped on the ramp. On the way down there were some beautiful rock formations that made for a great backdrop. We had a great session with Tamika and look forward to working with her more in the future!
