This was my first indoor session and it was a nice break from shooting out in the cold. Mrs. AnaLisa had me over to do a shoot and wanted to surprise her husband with some beautiful boudoir photography. She had a plethora of ideas for shots she wanted to get but also let me bring ideas to the table. Together we were able to create a collaboration of concepts and shots that came out beautifully. For the most part I put together posing and positioning on the fly as it was my first indoor session. It’s always kind of fun to figure out an environment and to figure out how to get the best shots.
Mrs. AnaLisa had a spare bedroom that she wanted most of the shots in as they had just remodeled it. They were AirBnb hosts and the room was a nice, fun little setting as they had a brick wall design. We worked in this room for the majority of the session and worked with different angles, poses and wardrobe. Even if all you have is one room we can still do a shoot and get fun, creative shots together!
We began to wrap up this Colorado Springs in-home boudoir photography session with some shots in some of her wedding lingerie. Then to finish the session we did some shots in their master bedroom in front of their window. I had a great time collaborating with Mrs. AnaLisa to produce these images with her. We were all pleased with the outcome of the shots and would definitely work with her again.
