BLACK’S BEACH BOUDOIR PHOTOGRAPHY

During one of Rachel’s travel nurse positions, we were located in beautiful San Diego, CA. While there I was reaching out looking for clients and found a couple looking for a wedding photographer. Apart of some of our wedding packages is a boudoir session you can do for your significant other. For the included boudoir session Miss Virginia came down to San Diego for a Blacks Beach boudoir photography session with us.

The weather was perfect and to get down to the actual beach area there’s a bit of a hike down. Rachel and I went early so we could have a little time to relax on the beach before the session. Black’s Beach is a great area for beach boudoir photos because it’s a nude beach. Taking photos of this sort isn’t frowned upon – as long as you’re not taking photos of people sun bathing.

When Miss Virginia arrived we wanted to work our way up to things so we walked up the beach. On the walk we found a little ravine area to begin the session in. We had her start in a swimming suit to start and slowly introduced some boudoir elements. From there we did a little wardrobe change and got out to the water and introduced a fun hat. Miss Virginia was great to work with and jumped right into poses without fear.

BEACH BOUDOIR PHOTOS

After getting some shots in the white suit we had Miss Virginia switch up to jean shorts and a white top. To continue forward with our Black’s Beach boudoir photography session we had her go back into the water. We wanted to save water elements for last and start getting a little more in the water. To wrap up the Black’s Beach boudoir photography session we had her switch back to a bathing suit. This time we had her go a little further into the ocean where the waves were breaking. As the sun set we got some fun photos with Miss Virginia as the waves crashed into her.

This was such a great little area to shoot a beach boudoir session and we had a blast with Miss Virginia.
